Signing in
Administrator and Staff sign-ins, and how sessions work.
One sign-in page serves two kinds of account, and the first thing it asks is which one you are.
Who can do this: everyone with an account.
Administrator or Staff?#
- Administrator — Owner · Full access. The person who created the account. You sign in with just your email address and password.
- Staff — Staff & operations. Everyone the Administrator invited. Choosing it reveals a third field, Business alias — the short handle chosen at signup. Ask your Administrator for it if you don't know it; you will use it every time.
Fill in Email address and Password, then press Sign in.
What to expect from sessions#
- Signing in on a second device does not sign the first one out — each device has its own session, and plain sign-out ends only the device you press it on.
- Sessions renew themselves quietly while you work. When one genuinely expires you are returned to the sign-in page with "Your session expired. Please sign in again." — sign in and carry on.
- Changing or resetting your password signs you out everywhere, on purpose — see Passwords & security.
When sign-in refuses#
The page shows one message for a wrong email or a wrong password — it deliberately does not say which. For every message and its fix, see Troubleshooting sign-in.
