Linking products to stores
Making a product sellable in a store.
A store sells only what is linked to it. The Link Products page manages that relationship for the store you have selected.
Who can do this: linking and unlinking are the inventory "sync" permission — held by the Admin, Store Admin and Inventory Manager roles.

This is not a second product list. Its rows are your business catalogue compared against this store's stock rows: the Linked tab is what this store carries, Unlinked is the rest of the catalogue, and All catalog is both. Switching stores in the top bar changes the answer, because each store has its own links.
Link creates the stock row — optionally with an opening quantity, which is recorded in stock history like any other intake. A product can also be linked to stores at the moment it is created, and a bulk action links everything unlinked in one pass.
A product that is already linked cannot be linked twice — the store has one stock row per product, always.
Unlink deletes the stock row — quantity, batches, serial numbers and hold history, with no undo. The confirmation ("Unlink product from store?") is guarded by one hard rule:
