User guide
CSV and PDF exports, and scheduled reports.
Two different needs, two surfaces — the app itself draws the line: "For a report to read on screen or print, go to Reports. For a scheduled or large file, go to Exports."
Analytics → Reports renders the register documents — the X report (sales so far today), the Z report (one store's closed day: takings, tenders, refunds, refunds paid out, first and last order), a sales summary and current stock on hand — printable on A4 or 80mm/58mm till roll. The Z report windows on when orders completed, so a printed day never rewrites itself. Tenders are gross of refunds, and a split payment counts under each method it used; see Tenders. A CSV button downloads what's on screen.
Exports → New export builds a real file from one of ten datasets in two families:

A small file downloads on the spot; a big one runs as a job — queue it, and collect the file from the Exports list when it's ready. Schedules make an export recurring, so the week's sales file builds itself.
