Comparing plans

The plan picker — Billing → Change plan (the same screen signup uses) — shows every plan side by side, in your currency.

Who can do this: the Administrator. Plan facts are public, but only the owner can act.

Reading a card#

• The price — per month (or per year with the toggle), in the currency your country fixed at signup.
• The allotments — how many stores and staff seats the base price includes, and the monthly rate for extra seats. As the picker's own footnote says: "Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. Store and staff allotments and add-on rates are set per plan — they are not inherited."
• The capabilities — shown as "Everything in {plan}, plus:" so each card lists only what it adds.
• The Free card additionally shows its monthly order allowance.

Monthly or annual#

The Monthly / Annual toggle changes the billing cycle. The picker derives each plan's annual saving from its own prices and shows it on the card — typically around two months free.

Two cycle rules worth knowing before you commit:

• Switching monthly → annual later is treated as an upgrade — a prorated charge covers the rest of the year immediately.
• Switching annual → monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for — and it is refused while you are paying for extra seats ("Remove the extra units first, or contact support."), because add-ons always bill monthly.
