User settings
Profile, password, language and theme.
Account settings (from the sidebar's user menu) is your own record — the same page for the Administrator and every staff member.
What's here#
- Your name — shown in the staff directory and on every record you touch. Change it and save; history keeps working either way.
- Email — read-only. Your email is your sign-in identity and there is no change-email flow; the field says so: "Email (read-only)".
- Password — needs your current password, and the new one must meet the password rules.
- Language — the language the app is shown in, offered when your business's country has more than one: "Applies straight away, on this device." No save button — it just switches.
