Plan capabilities
Every feature a plan can turn on, which plan first includes it, and what happens after a downgrade.
This page lists every feature your plan decides. Each badge is read from the current plan data when the guide is built, so it stays correct when plans change.
A plan feature is a different check from a permission. The plan says what the business has paid for. The role says what one person may do. To use a paid feature, a person needs both.
When your plan does not include a feature, the app shows an upgrade card in its place. If a request still reaches the server, the message ends with "is not available on your current plan".
Discounts#
Available on Startup and aboveCreating, editing and deleting discounts and promo codes, and choosing a discount at checkout.
After a downgrade, the Discounts pages show an upgrade card and you cannot pick a discount for a new order. Orders that already have a discount keep it, and their totals stay correct if you edit them.
Fulfilment options#
Available on Solo and abovePickup, takeaway, delivery and dine-in orders, the fulfilment board, tables and the store's fulfilment settings. In-store orders work on every plan.
After a downgrade, new orders can only be in store. Existing pickup, delivery or dine-in orders stay open, and you can still edit and complete them.
Bulk product tools#
Available on Startup and aboveBulk edit and the product CSV import. Bulk delete of products works on every plan. The customer CSV import also works on every plan.
Customer groups#
Available on Startup and aboveCustomer groups: lists of customers you choose by hand, used to aim a discount at them. The customer list itself works on every plan.
Stock history#
Available on Startup and aboveThe stock movement history for each product. Each plan sets how far back it goes.
Movements are only recorded while your plan includes this feature. Upgrading does not fill in the time before.
Staff activity log#
Available on ScaleThe activity log and the activity sections on records. Each plan sets how far back it goes.

Analytics#
Analytics comes in grades. Each grade adds to the one before.
- Available on every plan Limited: the Sales, Orders and Reports pages.
- Available on Startup and above Standard: adds Returns, Inventory, Committed orders and Performance, the inventory tab on Reports, and comparing with an earlier period.
- Available on Scale Drill-down: the detail views behind each card, the pages for a single product or customer, and a customer's purchase history.
Each plan also sets an analytics history window: how far back you can choose a date range. A range that starts before it is refused, not cut short.
Roles#

On a plan without roles, the server refuses to save a staff member with a role. See Staff and seats.
Exports#
Available on ScaleThe export builder, scheduled exports, the Report CSV button on the Reports page and the customer export.
After a downgrade, scheduled exports pause. For a short grace period you can still export your order history, stock movements and activity log, so you can keep a copy before they are removed.
Not features: stores, staff and orders#
- Stores and staff are seats. Each plan includes some, and on plans with add-ons you can buy more.
- Orders: the lowest plan has a monthly order limit. Paid plans have no limit.
- Products and customers have no limit on any plan.
