Plan capabilities
Which plan unlocks which capability.
Everything a plan can switch on, in one list. Each badge below is resolved from the live plan catalogue at build time — when plans change, this page follows. A capability is a different gate from a permission: the plan says what the business bought, the role says what a person may do, and a paid feature needs both.
Available on Startup and above — creating and editing discounts and promo codes, and applying them to new orders. Existing discounts stay readable below the line, and already-discounted orders keep re-pricing correctly.
Available on Solo and above — the non-in-store fulfilment types (pickup, takeaway, delivery, dine-in), the fulfilment board and tables. Existing delivery and dine-in orders remain workable after a downgrade; only new ones are gated.
Available on Startup and above — bulk edit and CSV import. Bulk delete is deliberately never paywalled.
Available on Startup and above — manual customer segments for discount targeting. The customer directory itself is core on every plan.
Available on Startup and above — the stock movement ledger and its Activity History view, with a per-plan retention window.
Available on Scale — the activity log. Without it the journal is never even written, and upgrading does not backfill — coverage starts when the feature does.
Analytics comes in grades, each adding to the last:
Each plan also sets the analytics history window — how far back reports reach.
Assigning the built-in roles works on every plan.
Available on Scale — the export builder and schedules. With one humane exception: after a downgrade, the history datasets stay exportable through the grace period so your journals can leave with you.
Stores and staff are seats, not features — every plan's allotment plus bought add-ons. The Free plan additionally carries a monthly order allowance; paid plans are uncapped. No plan caps products or customers.
