Cards, receipts, and what happens when a payment fails.
SellerTower never stores your card. Everything about the payment instrument — the card, billing address, tax details, and every past invoice — lives in the Stripe customer portal, one click from the Billing page.
Who can do this: the Administrator.
On Billing, the row "Payment method and invoices" explains it and the button Open Stripe portal takes you there. As the page's own note says: "All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. No card details are stored on Seller Tower servers."
Use the portal to change the card, fix a billing address, and download invoices and receipts. (The one receipt shown inside SellerTower itself is a seat purchase's, right in the buy dialog.)
A failed renewal starts a dunning sequence rather than cutting you off:
